Learn Spanish in San Juan
Spanish courses for Adults
In Puerto Rico, life flows better in español.
Whether you’re new to Puerto Rico or have been here for years, mastering Spanish is essential to fully embracing life on the island. Our new Spanish language courses for beginners will provide a structured, culturally aware, and professional approach to language learning.
Puerto Rico is a rich tapestry of cultures and traditions, where Spanish is at the heart of daily life.
Learning a language is about more than practical communication — it’s about understanding its rhythm, connecting with the community, and navigating daily life with confidence.
At the Alliance Française Puerto Rico, we have been dedicated to promoting language and cultural exchange for over 70 years. While our roots are in French language education, we equally recognize the value of teaching multiple languages and the importance of cultural and linguistic exchange and have offered German and Italian courses in recent years.
Adding Spanish is the natural next step forward for our curriculum. After all, for many residents—whether newly arrived or long-term—learning Spanish is an essential step toward feeling at home in Puerto Rico.
